Where is this from??

Does anyone know which movie or show this is from? Do you recognise the actress?
I found this under 'vintage boxing' long time back, and now can't find the source.

Any help is appreciated.

Update (7 November 2014)
Thanks tfl1307 for the information. It's Frances Rafferty from the movie Curley (1947).
A couple more pictures from the movie -
